Q: I login and when I click on a link it says that I'm not logged in?
A: Check to see how you are logged in. For example, if you log in under http://belmontalumni.org and click a link, it will take you to http://www.belmontalumni.org logging you off. You are still logged in under http://belmontalumni.org. This is a minor bug with the login. If you login under www.belmontalumni.org you shouldn't get kicked off. You can also check the "remember me" box when you sign in.

Q: Will people be able to email me through my profile?
A: Yes, only registered users will be able to access your email! Although you won't see the "Send Email" link in your own profile, if you navigate and look at another profile you will see that you can send them email. Your profile uses the email you registered with and will take users to a form, masking your email address. This helps guard against unwanted email from Spam and/or other users who sign up cannot see your email. We want to make sure we are doing everything possible to keep your information safe.
 Q: I forgot my password, I fill out the form and I don't get an email?

A: There could be two reasons for this: 1. You have a spam blocker that is blocking the Belmont Alumni email. 2. You have to put in the right combination of Username and Email address that you signed up with. If you do not have these click on Contact Us link and contact the Belmont Alumni and we will help you reset your information.

 Q: The Alumni Enrollment Form is not working

A: The Alumni Form is in PDF format. You may need acrobat reader installed on your PC or MAC to view this form. (get acrobat reader) Make sure you choose the right version for your computer. If your browser is having problems opening the document try right clicking the link and "save link as" to save to your desktop.
